FAQs

I have no idea what to wear, can you help?

Of course! When you book your portrait session, you will receive a list of suggestions and a link to our Style Guide. I remove the stress of decision-making and keep things simple. Also, if you have any questions, I'm always here to help you.

How long does the session last?

Ultimately, I'm there for you until I have a set of great images, which generally takes 30-60 minutes. It depends mostly on how long it takes everybody to warm up in front of the camera. Younger children usually need more time, so if your youngest child is 4 or under it’s likely that we’ll be closer to 60 minutes than 30 minutes. For a group of grown-ups, 30-45 minutes will probably be enough.

Can I see my images prior to buying them?

Yes absolutely! I take full responsibility for your portrait collection and there is no obligation to buy until you see your edited images. Also, you'll be able to see all your beautiful portraits within just two weeks after your session.

Can we order the digital files?

Absolutely. We really specialise in creating beautifully finished, printed products for your home, and although our USB boxes aren’t quite as nice to look at as a framed wall print, they are quite popular as an extra way of enjoying your favourite images or even just keeping a backup. We also have 3 Digital Collections to choose from.

Can we include our pets in the portraits?

Of course! I absolutely love including furry friends in our family portraits. They are considered an important part of your family and I encourage you to bring them along. Just make sure to bring a leash and some treats to keep them happy during the session.
