My style is natural, simple and personalised to suit you. I want my images to stand the test of time and bring you as much joy today as they do in 10 years’ time.
My newborn photography sessions are held in the comfort and convivence of your own home, usually within the first 1-4 weeks after birth. This is a wonderful way to capture those early days of newborn life and and can include your whole family to capture every bond and connection.
I truly believe beautiful photos are meant to be printed so that they can be enjoyed for generations to come. I’m passionate about ensuring your newborn portraits are transformed into beautiful artwork that cherished for years to come and have package and product options to suit any family, home and budget.
I look after everything from planning your session and providing a relaxed and enjoyable portrait experience, to organising your artwork and delivering it to your door!
Upon booking you will gain access to the client section of my website which contains lots of helpful information to help you prepare for our session and wardrobe/styling tips.
You will also be able to select one of the size inclusive dresses or newborn pieces from my client wardrobe to utilise during your session if you wish.

Hi, I’m Meegan, a family, maternity and newborn photographer based in Hobart, Tasmania.
As a new mum, I understand how important it is to have beautiful photos of your babies, no matter how old they are!
Family photos are all about capturing genuine, heartfelt connection. The flaky skin of a newborn baby, the independence of a toddler who has just learned to walk, the dimples of a cheeky 6-year-old, or the awkwardness of a teenager coming into their own.
These moments may not always be picture perfect, but they’re real and you’ll want to remember them in years to come!
For me, there is something so beautiful about taking photos of people and their loved ones.
We’re all so busy and time moves so fast, these moments are often missed as we go about our daily lives (especially when kids are involved), but with a camera they can be captured and enjoyed forever.
My sessions are relaxed, designed to capture the authentic connection between loved ones. They mostly take place in outdoor settings using golden natural light, and I have package and product options to suit any family, home and budget.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m spending time with my partner, 4 month old baby girl and our two little dogs. I drink way too much coffee and love to laugh.
